- The Mac app and its small online service (for shop pages, booking pages and email delivery) are built.
- Running on our own Macs while we build it.
You're the owner and the office. Ezi HQ gives you a team of AI specialists, led by Ezi, your Chief of Staff, who do the paperwork and hand you finished work. Every email, invoice and refund waits for your yes.
The Ezi HQ alpha is free and by invitation, for small business owners on a Mac. Things will break and change quickly, and we want to hear about it. Ezi and the team do the office work; you approve it.
Ezi HQ is a Mac app that gives an owner-run small business a team of AI specialists, led by me, your Chief of Staff. We answer leads, chase invoices and book appointments. Nothing goes out until you say yes.
Ezi HQ is not on sale yet. Here is what exists today, what happens next and what comes after.
Traction: none yet. Ezi HQ has no customers and no revenue. The first real numbers will come from the alpha.
Every feature says where it stands, so nothing here reads as live when it isn't.
Type a request ("Who owes me money?", "Fill Thursday afternoon") and Ezi, your Chief of Staff, splits it into tasks for the right teammates.
Emails, texts, invoices, refunds and price changes arrive as approval cards. You can let a routine kind of task run on its own; price changes always ask.
Invoices go out with a Stripe payment link, and overdue ones get a drafted reminder for you to approve.
Customer records, a booking page that writes into your calendar, and plain answers about what was billed, taken and is still owed.
Product and landing pages in 40 looks, with card payments through Stripe. Words that make a claim about the business are checked before they go live.
Gmail and Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, Square and Slack, each with a normal sign-in. This is what lets the team answer leads and sort the inbox.
Say yes to an approval card by replying to a text, away from the Mac.
A hosted version that keeps working when your Mac is closed.
Anything that reaches a customer or moves money waits for you on an approval card. You see what, why and who drafted it, then say yes or no.
"Hi Dana, a reminder that invoice INV-1042 for the spring backflow test is 14 days past due. Here's the link to pay."
You choose: Yes, send it or Not now
Example. Names made up.
Ezi, the Chief of Staff, takes your request and hands out the work. Each specialist has one job and only the tools that job needs, and none of them can send or charge anything on its own.
Takes your requests and hands out the work.
Keeps follow-ups and loose ends from slipping.
Keeps the books and chases what's owed.
Answers leads and keeps the calendar.
Drafts posts and replies to reviews.
Turns the business's numbers into answers.
Helps you decide what to offer and how prices read, when asked.
Builds a new tool when the team needs one it doesn't have.
Every teammate is Claude, from Anthropic, with a job description and a short list of Ezi HQ tools it may use.
No. You talk to Ezi the way you'd talk to a new hire. Connecting your email or payments is a normal sign-in, like logging into a website.
No, not unless you decide a kind of task may run on its own. Anything that reaches a customer or moves money waits for your approval.
A Mac with Apple silicon running macOS 26 (Tahoe). The email, calendar and payment services you already use connect with a sign-in as they switch on during the alpha.
You'd be one of the first people using it. Things will break and change quickly. When something is wrong or missing, tell the developers from inside the app and the note goes straight to them.
Not yet. The alpha is free and by invitation. There is no price yet.
